“一带一路”国家经贸关系与合作高等研究院概况

An Introduction to the Academy of Economics and Trade Relationship and Cooperation for the Belt and Road Countries (ETRCBR)

 上海对外经贸大学“一带一路”国家经贸关系与合作高等研究院成立于2017年12月。研究院依托上海对外经贸大学经、管、文、法、理五大学科，汇聚学校“一带一路”经贸指数研究院、“一带一路”财税研究院、“一带一路”协同创新研究院、中国与欧盟经济研究所、国际组织与金砖国家研究院、中东欧研究中心、日本经济研究院、南亚-印度洋事务研究院、澳大利亚研究中心、爱尔兰研究中心、朝鲜半岛研究中心、美国研究中心等12个经贸和国别研究机构，借力我校斯洛文尼亚卢布尔雅那大学、克罗地亚萨格勒布大学和斯洛伐克布拉迪斯拉发考门斯基大学三所孔子学院，旨在发起、协调和促进“一带一路”沿线国家经贸关系与合作的相关研究。

Academy of Economics and Trade Relationship and Cooperation for the Belt and Road Countries (ETRCBR) of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics was established in December, 2017. Based on the five disciplines in economics, management, literature, law, and science, with the collaboration of 12 institutes of economics and trade, as well as of nations, namely the Belt and Road Institute on Economics and Trade Index, Finance and Taxation Institute for the Belt and Road Countries, China Belt and Road Institute of Shanghai Collaborate Innovation, the Centre for European Economic Research, Center for International Organization and BRICS Studies, Research Center for CEE Studies, Research Center for East Asian (Japan) Economies, Institute of South Asia and Indian Ocean Studies (SSAIOS), Australian Studies Centre, Irish Studies Center, Center for Korean Peninsula Studies and Center of American Studies, and with the strengthen of our three Confucius Institutes at Ljubljana University, Slovenia, Zagreb University, Croatia, and Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, ETRCBR launches, coordinates and promotes related researches on economic and trade relations and cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road.

 高等研究院将整合学校国际经济与贸易、金融学、法学、统计学、企业管理、语言文学、国际政治等专业的学术力量，从多学科和跨学科的视角认识、研究中国与“一带一路”沿线国家经济社会的现状与发展。

ETRCBR will integrate academic strengths from such majors of the university as international Economics and Trade, Finance, Law, Statistics, Business Management, Language and Literature, and International Politics, to recognize and study the status quo and the economic and social development of China and the Belt and Road Countries from a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary perspective.

 研究院面向“一带一路”沿线国家与地区，紧密围绕“一带一路”倡议下的前沿领域和热点问题，重点对国家和地区间的经济、贸易、投资和国际合作进行系统性研究，组织学术讨论会、座谈会、报告会、学术动态与信息交流会，编译、编辑出版本院的研究成果、资料、论文集。

Focusing on countries and regions along the Belt and Road, ETRCBR highlights systematic research on both national and regional economic, trade, investment and international cooperation, organizes conferences, seminars, academic activities and information exchanges, and publishes research results, materials and essays, all closely related to the frontier areas and hot issues under the Belt and Road Initiative.
