| 中国是石油生产和消费大国，却缺乏相对独立的原油和成品油价格形成机制。本文基于国际国内能源市场环境分析，在概述上海自贸区国际能源交易中心建立背景和意义的基础上，对其推出的原油期货合约的内容进行国际比较，同时比较了全球主要原油期货合约的实施效果，从而为国际能源交易中心的建设以及原油期货市场的风险规避提出应对措施和建议。 |

| China has crude oil production and consumption, but lacks a relatively independent crude oil and refined oil pricing mechanism. Based on the domestic and international energy market environment analysis and operation of the International Energy Trade Center in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, the essay compares the crude oil futures contracts issued by Shanghai Stock Exchange with the world’s main oil futures contract and analyses their implementation effect. Finally, suggestions are given on the construction of the International Energy Trade Center and aspects like risk aversion measures. |
