本文基于多国投入产出模型测算了1995~2005年中国与32个贸易伙伴的贸易内涵碳差额和污染贸易条件,并对其进行分解。结果表明,研究期间中国是贸易内涵碳“顺差”国,“顺差”在2000~2005年期间出现大幅提高。中国贸易内涵碳“顺差”绝大部分是中国较高的污染贸易条件所致,但贸易顺差的推动作用也在增强。进一步对污染贸易条件的分解发现,中国贸易内涵碳“顺差”主要缘于中国与其他国家(地区)的生产技术差异,但1995~2000年期间中国生产技术呈现出显著的“低碳化”改进,有效改善了污染贸易条件,从而减少了贸易内涵碳“顺差”。此外,期间中国出口商品结构比进口商品结构相对清洁,也小幅降低了贸易内涵碳“顺差”,但2000年以后,中国的生产技术和贸易结构的碳密集度又出现小幅的提高。 |

How Do Trade Gap and Trade Conditions of Pollution Affect China’s Trade Surplus of Containing Carbon? — Analysis Based on Input-output Table |

This paper measures and decomposes the trade gaps of containing carbon and trade conditions of pollution between China and her 32 trade partners within 1995 and 2005. It shows that China is in trade surplus in the research period, which increased much between 2000 and 2005. China’ s trade surplus was caused mostly by China’ s higher trade condition of pollution, while trade surplus also exerted increasing influence. Decomposition of trade condition of pollution shows that the trade surplus of containing carbon attributes to the technological differences between China and her trade partners. However, China’ s low-carbon technology progress between 1995 and 2000 efficiently improved trade conditions of pollution and furthermore reduced trade surplus of containing carbon. Moreover, China’ s cleaner export structure relative to import structure slightly reduced her trade surplus of containing carbon. |
