| 世界贸易组织（WTO）第十三届部长级会议（MC13）取得谈判成果，包括争端解决机制、电子商务、发展等议题的部长宣言或决定等。本文基于戏剧化建构主义视角，对 MC13进行了初步分析，认为 MC13谈判成果是 WTO成员互动与交流的结果，体现了 WTO成员身份和利益的易变性，并充满了戏剧化。中国未来应积极参与 WTO改革和争端解决机制改革。 |

| The 13th WTO Ministerial Conference achieved negotiation results, including the ministerial declaration and decisions on the Dispute Settlement Mechanism, e-commerce, development issues, etc. This article conducts a preliminary analysis of MC13 based on the perspective of dramatic constructivism and believes that the MC13 negotiation results are the results of WTO member interactions and exchanges, reflection of the variability of WTO member identities and interests, and are full of drama. Prospects are given for China’s future participation in WTO reform and the direction and path of Dispute Settlement Mechanism reform. |
