Top Responsibility
In essence, the main orientation of this opportunity is to lead development of new clients and business for the company, as well as to develop and maintain existing client relationships. There are also some marketing responsibilities and objectives. In particular, this role needs to:
1. Proactively pursue and cultivate relationships with new clients to generate new business and maintain and enhance existing client relationships, including oversee the initiation, structuring, negotiation, and closing of all new business relationships (70% of the role)
2. Monitor and stay updated on industry trends to define new business objectives
3. Lead marketing communications activities including: public relations, intellectual capital development, speaking engagements and events, development of collateral, outbound marketing materials/programs and other new business tools (about 30% of the role)
Top Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
1. 10+ years of consultative selling experiences (e.g. from consulting firms, market research firms, 4A agencies, etc.)
2. Big picture thinker with attention to details, strong people management skills, strong organizational and analytical approaches and skills
3. Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
4. Very strong presentation and writing capabilities in both Chinese and English
5. Bachelor degree in a business and communication related major; MBA/Master degree is a plus.

Having knowledge of branding and familiarity with branding in digital world a plus.
