Within CN, the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice works with global and local clients in the area of Change Management Consulting and Change Analytics. This offering helps drive our clients’ change strategy, change enablement efforts and development of change capability.
Change Management:
Within T&O, Change Management is about managing the journey of stakeholders impacted as a result of a transformation, in order to take them from a current state to a future state with minimal disruption. Change Management helps to ensure that employees affected by the proposed changes are ready, willing and able to change their behaviors and adopt new practices required to deliver business benefit. Changes to service delivery models, processes or technology often fail when employees do not accept the need to adopt the new ways of working and operating practices.
Change Management also helps to mitigate project risks through change management activities that are developed and implemented to minimize the impact to the organization and its employees. This is done through a variety of interventions such as developing a Change Management Strategy, and implementation of a Change Management plan that includes Stakeholder Engagement, Communications, Training, assessing the organization’s Readiness to Change, etc.
