Job title:          Project Manager
Department:    SCO
Reports To:     Factory Director - HHHT
Location:         Hohhot
 
Responsibilities:
  • Project Management, responsible for project result
  • Lead the whole project implementation team to fulfil the target
  • Coordinate internally to organize resource for project implementation
  • Cost Control 
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers as representative for Tetra Pak 
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customer project team, and ensure internal resources.
  • EM Pillar leader of factory
  • Responsible for the improvement projects initiated by factory  
    Requirements:
    Knowledge:
  • Engineering background/Master degree is  preferable
  • Solid project management / production management knowledge
  • Printing knowledge would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and  computer skills
  • WCM knowledge  (TPM, lean manufacturing knowledge)
    Competencies:
  • Outstanding leadership
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills
  • Strong ability to lead, coach the subordinates
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Strong problem  solving ability
  • Ability to influence and strong accountability
    Experience:
  • At least  5 years experience in manufacturing industry
  • At least 2 years experience in production management role
  • QA/Maintenance management experience would also be fine
  • Project management experience
