Job responsibilities forAssociate Brand Manager/Brand Manager
  1. In line with plan assists brand manager in the implementation of critical external stakeholder activities, including advisory boards, symposia, CME’s, exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  2. Monitors and measures implementation of the plan against agreed measures (i.e. market growth, AZ product growth and market share).
  3. Manages the forecasting and inventory process to ensure correct promotional item’s stock levels
  4. Listens actively to customers and sales force feedback
  5. Actively seeks feedback from the sales organization on campaign materials
  6. Identifies the need for market research (e.g. gaining customer insight, adoption tracking, test positioning and messages, message recall test, pricing etc.)
  7. Gathers market data on environment, epidemiology, customers & patients needs, treatment map, competitors.
  8. Conducts situation analysis, with input from internal & external stakeholders.
  9. Co-ordinates and conducts product training.
  10. Evaluates effectiveness of promotional material with field force then conduct Recall Test, and feedback to Brand Manager.
  11. Manages allocation of samples in line with product strategy, where relevant to the market.
  12. Plans and conducts field visits with sales team to monitor market dynamics and gather market intelligence / feedback.
Success factors
You will need to be full time MBA students with potential to advance, fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin, a clear interest in working in the pharmaceutical industry. Background in Pharmaceutical related fields, or have the sales/marketing experience in Pharmaceutical/device industry is preferred. 
In addition, you will:
