We’re currently looking to recruit MBA high calibre individuals from the region who will play a part in driving our growth in China. You will start in a challenging Role in a Business or Function directly in Beijing, Shanghai or Chengdu (China) or - in cases supported by the business need - in one of our main locations London (UK), Rotterdam/ The Hague (NL), Singapore and return to China after an assignment abroad to pursue a long term career.

Requirements:
· This opportunity is for fulltime MBA students or recent MBA graduates, with a preference for those with several years work experience, espacially in a multinational company.
A high level of fluency in written and spoken Mandarin as well as a working knowledge of English is mandatory for this position in order to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues locally and globally. China will be the permanent base work location for this role: as such, applicants will need to have or be able to obtain the legal right to work there. You will be able to look at problems differently, provide innovative solutions, create a shared vision and demonstrate leadership. You will have experience working with different cultures, superior communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships in order to operate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders on a global basis. You will have highly-developed analytical and organizational skills and a strong commercial acumen, as well as a good record of delivery, effective negotiations, strong leadership skills and project management expertise.
